Big progress on our Strathmore knockdown rebuild.
The slab has now been poured and completed, marking another major milestone in bringing this new home to life. After all the preparation work behind the scenes, it’s exciting to see the site take shape and the foundation officially locked in.
From here, things will start moving quickly as we prepare for the next stage of construction. Stay tuned as this build continues to come together in Strathmore.

Cam plays a key role once our clients are in their homes, working closely with them to identify anything that needs attention and coordinating the right trades to get it sorted. He’s a natural problem solver and someone our clients can rely on.

Lachy is on site in Avondale Heights with a progress update on this custom knockdown rebuild, and there’s already so much happening just two and a half months in.
With the foundations in place, the frame and structural steel installed, and the roofing underway, the home is really starting to take shape.
It’s always exciting reaching this stage of the build because you can finally start to see the scale, layout and character of the home come to life. A huge effort from all the trades on site bringing everything together so far.
We’re looking forward to sharing more progress as this one continues to move ahead.
