Our Story

Since home builder Greg J. Gardner started the business in Queensland in 1983, Greg’s motivation to provide a better customer experience in this industry has grown G.J. Gardner Homes to the international business it is today. His vision has led the company to be one of Australia’s largest and oldest privately owned builders, known for its strong and wide franchise network across the country, building hundreds of homes across Australia every year.

In almost 40 years, G.J. Gardner Homes has expanded to be an international builder, operating in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Despite this astounding growth, we’re still a family business at heart, led by the same values and mission that we started with in 1983. 

The G.J. Way is an accumulation of 40 years of work, honing the best practice,  passion and professionalism to make people’s dream homes come true amidst this ever-changing industry.
